By accessing or using the FretTracks website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use FretTracks.
2. Service Description
FretTracks provides guitar learning resources, including backing tracks, scale references, guitar tab diagrams, chord-tone guidance, demo videos, and educational content to help players practice lead guitar.

3.1 Copyright Protection
All FretTracks content, including but not limited to audio files, backing tracks, musical arrangements, guitar tab diagrams, scale guidance, images, graphics, and educational materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to FretTracks.
3.2 Personal Educational Use
You may access and use FretTracks content for personal educational and practice purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of any FretTracks content to you.
3.3 Prohibited Uses
Copy, download, extract, redistribute, or resell FretTracks audio files, backing tracks, diagrams, or other content outside the intended website experience.
Use FretTracks content to create a competing content library or commercial product.
Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings.
Interfere with or disrupt the site's functionality, security, or performance.
Use automated systems to scrape, overload, or misuse the site without our written permission.
4. Feedback Submissions
If you submit feedback, comments, or demo-video links, you are responsible for the content you provide. You may not submit unlawful, offensive, abusive, misleading, spammy, infringing, or malicious content.
We may review, edit, approve, reject, block, or remove submissions at our discretion. We are not required to publish any submission.
If you give FretTracks permission to post a comment or feature a demo-video submission, you grant us permission to display, reproduce, and refer to that submitted content in connection with FretTracks. For demo videos, you represent that the link is to content you created, own, or have permission to share.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use FretTracks responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, submit spam or harmful content, or interfere with other visitors' ability to use the site.
